By accessing or using Symplee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including merchants and visitors.
Symplee is operated by Symplee Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is available upon request by emailing support@symplee.co.uk.
Symplee provides a subscription-based payment management platform that allows merchants to create payment links, process deposits, generate receipts, and manage payment history. Symplee operates as a software layer on top of Stripe Connect and is not itself a payment processor or financial institution.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Limited, which is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. Symplee is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Stripe.
Access to Symplee's paid features requires a monthly subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. All prices are stated in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Symplee reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly payment volume limit. Symplee applies a 25% buffer above the stated limit before enforcement action is taken. If you consistently exceed your plan limit, Symplee reserves the right to require you to upgrade to a higher tier.
In the event of a first breach, Symplee will issue a warning. For subsequent breaches, a 7-day grace period will be provided during which you must upgrade your plan. Failure to upgrade may result in temporary restriction of payment link creation.
You agree not to use Symplee for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these terms. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: fraud, money laundering, processing payments for prohibited goods or services, or any activity that violates applicable UK law.
Symplee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this acceptable use policy without prior notice.
All content, trademarks, logos and intellectual property associated with Symplee are owned by Symplee Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Symplee content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symplee Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Symplee's total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
