Payments typically arrive in your bank account within 2 business days of a customer paying. This is handled by Stripe — the same infrastructure used by millions of businesses worldwide.
Symplee uses Stripe Connect to process payments. We guide you through connecting your Stripe account during onboarding — it takes about 5 minutes.
If a customer does not complete their payment the link simply expires. You can create a new link and resend it at any time. There is no charge for unused payment links.
Yes. You can refund any card payment in one click from your dashboard. Cash payments can be marked as refunded for your records. Refunds typically reach your customer within 5-10 business days.
